Finally a Product That Works - Urine Eliminator®
I just wanted to drop you a note to say that the Urine Eliminator is awesome. After 6 years of trying so many products that would take out urine I tried yours and it was like a miracle. It took out deep urine spots and they're gone completely! It just takes a few days for it to work all the way. Skeptical at First
WOW! I am writing to let you know how wonderful I think your machine is. We rented your machine to clean our carpets and are just amazed at the results. We have a 2 year old and 2 dogs and our carpets were so filthy we thought we would need to just get new carpet, that is until we used the Rug Doctor to clean them. I have to tell you I was skeptical at first. We used a Hoover® carpet cleaner and they were still a mess so I wasn't expecting a miracle when we rented your machine. I was going to take before and after pictures but I wasn't expecting anything to do the job right so I did not take pictures. Now I wish I had so everyone could see just how GREAT the Rug Doctor worked. I feel so much better about my daughter playing on the carpet. The Difference Between Professional Clean and Rug Doctor Clean
We had our carpets cleaned by a professional 3 months ago. Since then our 2 dogs have had a couple of accidents. Since I thought my carpets were already clean, I rented the Rug Doctor to take out the pet stains. After I saw how much dirt came out I cleaned all of our carpets. They were filthy and I had no idea. There were several stains that the professional cleaner said would never come out. One pass with the Rug Doctor and they were gone. There was a gummy, sticky spot that was ground into the carpet for which I had tried every spot and stain remover on the market. I used Rug Doctor's Spot Remover and it only took 2 passes for the entire spot to be removed. I will never hire a professional again. It may be easier to have someone else do the carpets but what is the point if the carpet is only clean on the surface? And the cost of renting the rug doctor and buying the cleaning solutions was a fraction of the cost of having them professionally done. Thank you for such a terrific product. Just wanted to write to tell you how impressed I am with your machine. As a cleaning supply junky, I have tried many, many products. I have owned three carpet cleaners and still own a brand new carpet cleaner purchased from a local store. When I saw the video of your machine, I had to have it, but I had some doubts that it would outclean my other machine. It blew it away!
Your machine left my family room carpet looking brand new. No more traffic patterns and the texture and feel of the carpet was renewed. A Faster, Better Machine
The Wide Track® Rug Doctor Carpet Cleaner arrived today and I immediately put it to work. The end result was unbelievable!!! I've purchased almost every other rug cleaning machine known to mankind and the results and the time it took to complete the task never came close to what I see with Rug Doctor. Quickly Cleaned the Whole House
Received my Wide Track Rug Doctor Carpet Cleaner on Wednesday - just finished doing the whole house in just under 1-1/2 hours with 7 tank refills and the carpet looks perfect! We normally have used Steri-Clean and Chem-Dry services in the past and had to do the entire house at once to make the service cost-effective. Had I known this machine would work this well I would've gotten one years ago. p.s. Our 2 cats agree - the RD cleaning product solution is perfectly acceptable, non-allergenic, and both of them have no problem with even the slightly damp carpets (they usually refuse to touch the newly cleaned ones after the pros have left for hours on end). It's So Easy!
I rented a Rug Doctor yesterday, for the first time. Since then I have cleaned carpet, rugs, and upholstery. I would like to compliment you on a very well-designed machine. It worked great! The directions were right there, the products were right there, and every time I had a question, it seemed that the answers were right there. Hello, my name is Pam and I thought I would tell you my experience renting your Rug Doctor Carpet Cleaning machine. I am simply amazed. Amazed at the cost, how easy the machine is to operate and maneuver and most of all the incredible results the machine gives. I've used a couple of other machines...the Kirby and the Regina Carpet Cleaner, and those are toys compared to this machine. I used it today to do my living room, den, and hall....This machine is so awesome and I plan to tell my friends. You have saved me hundreds of dollars. I've inquired about rug cleaning services and you wouldn't believe the cost. I could never afford them. I have to say, this was so great that if I had to I could clean rugs for a living. A Converted Skeptic
WOW!!! I was skeptical at first when my fiancé told me a coworker suggested a Rug Doctor. Our apartment carpets had year old beer stains, machine grease off of his work boots, and our puppy's potty training accidents! We went to the store and rented a Rug Doctor. The whole process was very simple. My carpet looks great now and it hardly took any time. I didn't even work up a sweat. It's simple and it works. Rug Doctor Took Care of Smoke Damage
I was so impressed with your machine that I thought I would email you a picture of a carpet I cleaned on our ranch after a fire. With one pass of the Rug Doctor, so much smoke was cleaned out of these carpets that they are almost white again. I was certain that cleaning them would be a waste of time. But thanks to your wonderful machine it is almost as good as new. Removed Stains Over 9 Years Old
Our local Salt Lake City grocery chain, Smiths Food King, rents Rug Doctor carpet-cleaners and sells the entire line of Rug Doctor cleaning solutions. Since I was the one "elected" to clean our carpets (I'm the husband), I "reluctantly" went to Smiths and rented Rug Doctor expecting, at best, a mediocre job. I've since been trained, and I now read the instructions before I begin a project, and after my first effort ever cleaning carpets, I was totally amazed!
We live in a 105-year-old home, and while the carpets are relatively new, they did have spots and/or stains that were ground into the carpets before we purchased our home nine years ago. I was convinced that those spots/stains would never come out. But Rug Doctor did it!! Not only were our carpets extremely clean, but the Rug Doctor is a snap to use, and the Rug Doctor chemicals really, really work!! There is no way a commercial carpet-cleaning company could duplicate what I accomplished using your products!
This may sound silly, but I look forward to cleaning our carpets and using your products any time my wife gives the signal. In fact, I've hinted that I wouldn't mind getting a Rug Doctor carpet cleaner for Christmas, my birthday, or to celebrate National Lady Bug Week!
